I have lived in North America for 5 years and I still look around, wondering what all the green species surrounding me are. Aside from the all too well known Canadian symbol, the Maple tree, there is not much else I can recognise on my daily walks through the city of my province, Ontario. This blog has the express scope of guiding me on my journey of learning a few things about trees and shrubs. I have created it because of a few plants that I have successfully used for their medicinal properties. Their strength has impressed upon me a need to go further in my plant research. If along the way, my delvers will appeal and be of service to someone else, all the better!
